Disclaimer of Liability:
The company disclaims any liability for profits earned or losses incurred directly or indirectly from the use of the CopyTrading System. The user expressly waives any claims against the company related to financial outcomes.

Complete Assumption of Liability by the User:
By using the CopyTrading System, the user assumes full responsibility and liability for all outcomes, profits, and losses. The company is not liable for financial consequences arising from the application of the system.

Non-Guaranteed Availability:
The company does not guarantee continuous availability of the CopyTrading System. Outages may occur, and the company is not liable for them. The user acknowledges that access to the system may be interrupted at any time without prior notice.

Applicable Law:
These terms are subject to EU law. Disputes arising from or in connection with these terms will be settled in EU courts.

Fees:
a. Variable Fees:
The user agrees to pay variable fees on profits earned after each billing period. These fees are solely for the maintenance, and upkeep of the server systems and the technical infrastructure used for the CopyTrading System.
b. Fixed Monthly Fees:
The user accepts the payment of fixed monthly fees for the use of server and user licenses.
c. Due Date of Fees:
All fees are due on the 8th of each month at the latest and must be paid by the User in due time. Late payment may result in exclusion from the CopyTrading System.
d. Changes to Fees:
The company reserves the right to adjust fees at its discretion. The user will be notified in advance of any changes to the fees.

Authorization for Use:
a. The user agrees that only trading accounts opened through our official broker partner link are permitted for the use of the CopyTrading System.
b. By using other broker platforms, the user is not authorized to access the CopyTrading System. The company reserves the right to deny access to accounts not opened through the official broker partner link.
c. The official broker partner link is provided on the company's website. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that their trading account is properly opened through this link.
d. Any losses or inconveniences arising from the use of trading accounts without using the official broker partner link are solely the user's responsibility.

Recommended Minimum Capitalization:
a. The user is advised that a minimum capitalization of their trading account with the broker, amounting to 1000 USD, is strongly recommended.
b. Sufficient capitalization is crucial for effective use of the CopyTrading System. The company disclaims any responsibility for potential losses or inconveniences resulting from insufficient capitalization of the trading account.
c. The user is responsible for ensuring that their trading account meets the recommended minimum capitalization to ensure optimal results and sustainable trading practices.
